Control is achieved using a MPC Controller with inputs given via 9-axis IMU sensor (BNO055).

Motor control is achieved using O-Drive motor controller and hall effect encoder.

BLDC motors used as drivers allowing for silent operation, and anti-cogging is minimized using in-built O-Drive library.

Bill of materials builder made using Excel and VBA programming

Extracts BOM data from Solidworks Assembly through use of PDM API and Workflow.

Applies correct quantities based on Assembly and Machine quantity.

Retrieves all relevant STEP, DXF and PDF files from PDM database based on extracted BOM.

Checks if file retrieval was successful and notifies of required missing files
-
Updates made to main code propagate out to all instances/versions of the BOM in the PDM server
